Tipping

Tipping is a gesture of appreciation for the skill and care provided by your massage therapist. It's always appreciated but never obligatory. Adjust the tip based on your budget and the level of service received.

Suggested tipping guide:

• 30-min, $10 tip is generally expected.
• 60-min, a $20 tip is customary.
• 90-min , a $30 tip is typical.

If you receive exceptional service or if the massage therapist addresses specific concerns effectively, feel free to adjust your tip accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.

Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling a massage appointment. As all massages are by appointment only, a major credit card or gift voucher is required to secure your reservation. You will only be charged for the massage services upon rendering unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment. In such cases, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

No Show

Anyone who does not show up for a scheduled appointment and does not cancel within 24 hours will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a prompt start. Lateness may result in a shortened session. Despite the duration, the full session fee will be charged.

Kindly ensure that you arrive punctually for your appointment. If you happen to be late, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients who have appointments after yours. Your therapist will assess the remaining time and determine if a full treatment can be carried out. Please note that you will be charged the full cost of the session, regardless of the actual duration of the treatment.

Cleanliness

Every treatment is followed by sterilization and sanitization procedures.
