Upon beginning your service, your therapist will step out of the room momentarily, allowing you privacy to undress, and lie face down between the sheets on the warm massage table. 

Rest assured that our therapists are experienced in working with various body types and their sole focus is your comfort and therapy. Your body will always be appropriately covered with the right amount of sheets, ensuring you feel comfortable and never overly exposed. Only the specific area of your body being worked on will be exposed. Should you ever feel uncomfortable at any point, simply inform your therapist, and they will make the necessary adjustments to ensure your utmost comfort throughout the session.

Please refrain from receiving a massage if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, an infection, or contagious rashes. 

Massage should not be administered in areas with blood clots, fractures, weakened bones, open or healing wounds, skin infections, or following recent surgery. If you are pregnant, it is advisable to wait until your second trimester before receiving a massage, as the first trimester involves significant changes in your body. For the second and third trimesters, it is important to consult your doctor and obtain their approval for receiving a massage. Certain medications and medical conditions may deem massage inappropriate, so please consult your physician or therapist if you have any concerns. 

If you have recently undergone surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, or are currently under medical care, it is crucial to consult with your doctor regarding the appropriate time to resume massages. We strongly recommend obtaining a written recommendation from your doctor before your first session, although the therapist may exercise their discretion in requiring approval from your doctor.

During a massage, it's important to follow a few simple guidelines to fully enjoy the experience. 

Firstly, make yourself comfortable on the massage table, lying face down. Relax your body and mind, allowing yourself to fully surrender to the soothing touch and techniques of the therapist. 

Breathe deeply, focusing on the rhythm of your breath, and let go of any tension or stress. Feel free to communicate your preferences or any discomfort to the therapist throughout the session, ensuring a customized and enjoyable experience tailored to your needs.

After your massage, it is common to experience a deep sense of relaxation. Take your time when getting up from the table, as you may feel slightly lightheaded. While deep-tissue massage should not be painful, it is possible to feel muscle soreness for a few days following the treatment, similar to the sensation after a good workout. This soreness will diminish over time, and taking a warm bath with Epsom salts can help alleviate any discomfort. It is important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and herbal teas as massage releases toxins from your soft tissues, aiding your body's natural detoxification process. If a client engages in behavior that is disrespectful, offensive, or violates our code of conduct, they will be kindly asked to leave, and their session will be immediately terminated, without a refund.
